Process the daily sales from the TM's, including purchase orders, receiving slips, back orders, new customers, messages, and, when applicable, manual invoice entry.
Monitor department email and follow up on requests.
Generate and email daily activity reports for the sales staff.
Process par level adjustments for inventory, as applicable.
Invoice work orders from PSP's and TM's-Generate applicable invoices from TM and PSP work orders.
Process route/frequency changes, lost customers, and reactivate applicable accounts.
Run, review, key data, and distribute weekly and monthly reports for the sales department.
Tablet training and support.
Monthly repetitive billing-Key in all applicable repetitive billing for customer leases.
Manage tablet equipment-Send for repairs, track equipment, and order supplies.
Customer Information/Sage 100 Processing-Update customer information including purchase order numbers, contact names, addresses, credit card information and telephone numbers in Sage 100.
Credit and Rebill-Enter any "Credit Memo" work order information into Sage 100 and apply to the original invoice unless told otherwise.
Billing-Key in all necessary information from picking tickets (for shipped Sales Orders) into Sage 100 and in turn generate invoices. Generate invoices in a timely and accurate manner for all products that are shipped from the Green Guard warehouse or all other locations.
Invoice Returns-Invoice the return authorization forms.
Electronic Funds Transfer deposit.
Credit Card deposit.
Back-up the Accounts Receivable Department with processing bank deposits, returned check processing, and posting applies.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
The candidate must be proficient with commonly used software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and 10-key touch. Strong organizational, communication, and phone skills, attention to detail, ability to adapt with little direction, handle unexpected events, demonstrate flexibility and productivity especially under stress.
High school diploma required.
