Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting traditional analytics and escalation management (i.e., delivering analytical results and proposed solutions to key stakeholders) for Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).

Your role:

• Collect, analyze, and report sales data to boost productivity. Develop and track key performance indicators, evaluate sales performance against quotas, and consider economic conditions. Help derive essential strategic insights from various data types.

• Review capital expenditure and analyze sales-related expenses. Regularly analyze expenses and budgets. Evaluate pricing to align with company goals. Incorporate customer schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts.

• Maintain and enhance salesforce systems, costing models, and margin management tools. Drive continuous improvements using LEAN. Exhibit top Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors daily.

You're the right fit if:

• You've acquired 5+ years of experience in the analytics space, working with numbers, and ability to take on increased responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment and sometimes with limited direction.

• Your skills include advanced Excel skills, such as x- & v-look-up, modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc., (required). Also, skilled in using various data management and reporting tools, i.e., Salesforce, and Foresight (preferred), possessing strong analytical skills with methodical thinking and insight formulation with the ability to connect reporting to business impact and effectively presents data with actionable recommendations.

• You have a Bachelor's degree (required).

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• You are an excellent communicator, articulate and energizing-well-organized and skilled at multi-tasking with tight deadlines, while effectively setting priorities to achieve outcomes. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, you are a self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities, capable of completing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $86,000 to $136,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
