The Sales Analyst will be leveraging the information from all aspects of the Sales Department (ERP, CRM, and Phone System) in a general reporting and administrative capacity, on special projects, and collaborating interdepartmentally (specifically with the Marketing team and Business Intelligence Development team). Most importantly, the Sales Analyst will have the latitude to apply skills in novel ways.
Leads the development of sales performance analysis and reporting to anticipate report-users' needs, make recommendations, improve practices, gain further efficiency, and maximize profitability.
Delivers weekly performance reports for sales productivity, net revenue, generation, telephony work and other KPI measurements.
Works with the Sales Directors and Managers to implement process improvement and efficiency gains.
Acts as administrator & developer for Salesforce instance
Analyzes how sales contributes to the success of marketing campaigns and promotions
Gains an understanding of sales tools and works directly with the sales Operations Analysts to implement process improvement into sales systems.
Proactively seeks sales process improvements and continuing.
Completes other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree required (Math, Computer Science, Business, or similar analytical degree preferred)
Advanced degree (preferred)
1-3 years of analytical experience (preferred)
Statistical and/or programming (SQL, R, and/or Python) experience.
Competency in Excel is a must.
Certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer (preferred)
Ability to absorb best practices and learn quickly in all areas of the company.
Strong computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience in computerized inventory systems a plus
Effective interpersonal and written communicational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity, good reasoning abilities, and sound judgment.
Resourceful and well organized
Works well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
Successfully completes job tasks and displays leadership while working in a fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Strong working knowledge of the Enterprising Resources Planning (ERP) system, Salesforce, Cisco, and Web tools.
