The Sales Analyst Intern will improve processes within the commercial organization and expand functionality with the Salesforce.com application. The Sales Analyst Intern will focus on staging, recording, and editing training videos and material for our commercial organization. They will also partner with our Marketing organization to develop a training certification program. The position starts in late May, paid working 40 hours per week through August.
Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
Create training scripts based on business process and use of the Salesforce.com application
Record and edit training videos for with the commercial organization
Work closely with our Marketing organization to develop and rollout a training certification process
Maintain Salesforce.com and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.
Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.
College undergraduate coursework in a business or analytical field (marketing, finance, business administration, engineering, sciences).
Basic experience with CRM systems and forecasting.
Proven MS Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities.
Basic experience with video editing.
