Position Summary:
The Sales Analyst Intern will improve processes within the commercial organization and expand functionality with the Salesforce.com application. The Sales Analyst Intern will focus on staging, recording, and editing training videos and material for our commercial organization. They will also partner with our Marketing organization to develop a training certification program. The position starts in late May, paid working 40 hours per week through August.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effective project management adhering to established timelines.

  • Create training scripts based on business process and use of the Salesforce.com application

  • Record and edit training videos for with the commercial organization

  • Work closely with our Marketing organization to develop and rollout a training certification process

  • Maintain Salesforce.com and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.

  • Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • College undergraduate coursework in a business or analytical field (marketing, finance, business administration, engineering, sciences).

  • Basic experience with CRM systems and forecasting.

  • Proven MS Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities.

  • Basic experience with video editing.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system.
  • BA/BS Degree in a business or analytical field (marketing, finance, business administration, engineering, sciences).

Summary of Internship The Bioprocessing and Systems Design Internship position provides an opportunity for engineering students who are currently pursuing an engineering degree to get hands on experience working with engineers in a fast-paced bioprocess R&D environment focused on designing and qualifying products to meet the highest quality standards in the industry. The engineering intern will contribute to feasibility investigations, development projects, and advance best design practices. The position starts in June, paid working 40 hours per week through August. Opportunity exists for this position to continue through the academic year on a part-time basis to allow for class schedules. Essential Functions * Provide engineering support related to product development projects including testing & design * Support a wide range of design and test type engineering activities and may be assigned to a variety of scientific or engineering tasks throughout the department * Be involved with various aspects of product quality assurance and some software/automation design and analysis tasks * Learn about R&D and biotechnology lab environments by using engineering and instrumentation skills through daily activities. * Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements * Provide feedback on specifications and designs * Specific tasks will be tailored to the interns experience level and abilities * The intern works under the close supervision of engineers, project managers, and engineering managers.
