Position Summary:
The Sales Analyst Intern will improve processes within the commercial organization and expand functionality with the Salesforce.com application. The Sales Analyst Intern will focus on staging, recording, and editing training videos and material for our commercial organization. They will also partner with our Marketing organization to develop a training certification program. The position starts in late May, paid working 40 hours per week through August.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effective project management adhering to established timelines.

  • Create training scripts based on business process and use of the Salesforce.com application

  • Record and edit training videos for with the commercial organization

  • Work closely with our Marketing organization to develop and rollout a training certification process

  • Maintain Salesforce.com and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.

  • Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • College undergraduate coursework in a business or analytical field (marketing, finance, business administration, engineering, sciences).

  • Basic experience with CRM systems and forecasting.

  • Proven MS Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities.

  • Basic experience with video editing.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system.
  • BA/BS Degree in a business or analytical field (marketing, finance, business administration, engineering, sciences).

Position Summary The Senior Sales Analyst will drive process improvements within the commercial organization, expand functionality within the Salesforce.com application, and support customers with improved forecast visibility by direct customer engagement. Responsibilities include: * Work cross functionally and with customers to capture forecast and create and manage opportunities within Salesforce.com. * Maintain and develop Salesforce.com business processes and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required. * Effective project management adhering to established timelines. * Support Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improvements to forecast accuracy. * Provide sales analytics to support forecasting. * Generate customer presentations for business review including key customer data metrics. * Maintain net promoter score survey uploads on a daily basis. * Facilitate account changes according to policy and ensure that territorial alignments are accurate and aligned with commission processes. * Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics. * Align with the sales team, present business reviews to customers. * Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities. * Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity Required Qualifications: * BS/BA degree in an analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business). * 2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and forecasting and an understanding of how they relate to the forecasting process. * Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Proven experience with Oracle or other ERP system. * Ability to travel up to 10%. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues. * Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with SIOP, demand planning, and forecasting. * Experience with Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management system. * MBA or Masters Degree in analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance).
