Position: Sales Analyst
Reports to: VP of Sales
As a Sales Analyst you will:
The Sales Analyst is the liaison between the Market Development Team, Operations, Finance, and Sales departments in regard to data collection, report development and enhancement, complex data analysis, and delivery of clear and articulate interpretation of data with a focus on support and solutions of customer objectives. The Sales Analyst will also manage and maintain databases and information repositories to ensure that the data set(s) for analyses is the most up to date information.
Develop and maintain reports and data sets for the Regional Sales team to support internal planning, research, and reporting needs. This includes managing a catalogue of available reports to ensure data relevance and integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define report specifications, providing suggestions and guidance to requestors as necessary to ensure detailed and concise reports that provide requested information.
Review and analyze large data sets to understand driving forces and anomalies and report on analysis to support business decisions for customer support.
Prepare data and reporting packages for external/internal customers to support monthly and quarterly expectations.
