Position Title: Sales Associate

Role Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for sales in the kitchen and bath remodeling sector within designated territories. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Work Arrangement:

The role involves direct sales in customers' homes within specified territories, with a base out of our office in Canton, GA. The position requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings, to meet customer expectations.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based role with a tiered commission structure based on sales and profit margins. During the initial three-month training and probation period, a forgivable draw against future commissions is provided.

Requirements:

- A minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in home services or in-home sales.

- A background in kitchen and/or bathroom sales and familiarity with interior design software is preferred.

- Availability for personal reference checks

- Completion of personality and aptitude assessments
