As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible to achieve and exceeds your personal sales targets through an exclusive Brand experience in accordance with A. Lange & Shne heritage and values, while continuously nurturing and developing a base of high-end clients. You are also an active participant in the daily operations of the boutique.
You consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
You provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism within the boutique environment, as well as outside, and during events.
In your role, you ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client.
You lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony professionally and according to the brand's policy.
You negotiate and handle objections with ease.
You are able to identify high potential sales leads; perform targeted and diligent follow-up generating product selling opportunities at the Boutique.
You participate in networking events, both internal and external to the Company to generate traffic and brand exposure in line with the brand's values and positioning.
You partner with all brand departments and colleagues to ensure superior client experience and contribute to a positive environment.

Client Relationship Management
You have a strong CRM background with ability to analyze client data to generate sell. You capture consistent, accurate and relevant client data to build and develop lasting relationships that result in sales.
You cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and other Maison-specific CRM initiatives, collaborating with management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects.
In your role, you consistently and accurately, capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools.
You appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management.
You partner with Management to develop a plan to support, and participate to, in-store and offsite events and networking.
Daily Boutique Operations
You understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and Boutique.
You perform daily in-store tasks as needed (opening and closing the boutique, inventory, organization, restocking of supplies, visual merchandising).
You assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
You actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit.
You assist with special projects as needed (i.e. price changes, supporting back-office responsibilities, etc).
College degree preferred
3- 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail (watch experience is preferred), service or hospitality environment.
Fluent in English and preferably a second local language (Mandarin language skills is preferred)
Computer savvy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).
Driven to meet and exceed sales goals and high customer service standards.
Able to positively and proactively handle clients concerns in a professional manner.
Proven success in high-profile client relationship building, sales, and networking.
Result oriented, self-started with a strong business development mindset.
