Sales Administrator

Job Description Job Description Main Job Duties • Receiving, processing and tracking customer purchase orders. • Contact customer’s procurement departments by phone and/or email, to respond to queries and obtain required information. • Prepare purchase orders to the manufacturer, and issue sales invoices, proforma invoices, shipping schedule and documents, process and follow-up delinquent payments. • Receive product shipments from the manufacturer and shipping products to the customer following purchase order directives. • Maintain and update sales and customer records. • Support the sales department with customers applications forms procurement portal registration. • Receiving RMA shipments from the customer and shipping it to manufacturer for repair. Desired Skills and Experiences • Experience in sales administration: 3-5 years. • Experience with CRM system – Priority or Zoho CRM system is an advantage. • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently in a small company. • Experience with sales reports and sales records, and administrative record keeping. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
