Job Description Job Description LHH is looking for a Sales Administrator for our client’s team. The Sales Administrator supports the sales teams and resolves customer communications.
This role helps internal teams work efficiently and maintains strong relationships with customers and vendors. The Sales Administrator also focuses on B2B online sales and generating sales leads. Job Duties:
Order Management: Process and verify orders. Track open orders and ensure proper order amounts.
Communicate order changes and follow up with customers. Collaborate with the AR Manager for invoice resolutions. Monitor sales activity and update the procurement team.
Inside Sales Support: Manage new B2B relationships. Assist with onboarding B2B customers.
Generate sales leads and support new account acquisition. Partner with the marketing team for materials and conferences. Assist with invoice inquiries and monitor inventory levels.
