ROLE OVERVIEW

Position Description

This position reports to the Sales Administrative Manager providing administrative support to field sales and management as needed. The Sales Administrator II provides high-level administrative assistance to support business objectives, which are to maximize KARL STORZ product sales; exceed customer expectations in the areas of quality, service and support; foster team effort toward the attainment of our goals; and measure our success by market share leadership in all markets.

The Sales Administrator II exceeds all of the expectations of the Sales Administrator I.

Primary responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Independent and resourceful, taking initiative to identify problems or obtain answers through collaboration with Senior Administrator, including follow up procedures.

  • Creates, maintains and distributes sales and bookings reports; working with management to ensure reporting requirements are met.

  • Maintain and reformulate various sales reports including: S-bookings, ad hoc requests, Sales Business Plans, and End-of-Year forecasting.

  • Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure sales team is well-informed and achieve necessary results.

  • Facilitates field sales trainings as needed; assisting in reaching new levels of skills and knowledge.

  • Optimizes existing business systems to gain greater efficiency.

  • Support organized field sales events and corporate KS initiatives.

  • Provides problem resolution and assistance on special projects as directed.

  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Provides a wide range of administrative support including calendar management, presentations, business meeting planning, and travel coordination.

  • Communicate, track, and report Learning Space assignments adhering to corporate policy.

  • Orders business supplies using good judgment and fiscal management.

  • Familiarity of Senior Administrator responsibilities in order to facilitate support as needed.

  • Travel: up to 10% travel during the year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years professional experience performing administrative duties and tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Possess exceptional organizational skills and manages competing priorities Decision-making and problem solving skills are required SAP proficiency desired
