Sales Administrator- Flexible, Part-time Schedule Available!
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to provide organizational support to our growing sales team! The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in various CRM and ERP systems, comfortable working in a high-energy, fast paced environment and has impeccable attention to detail. Flexible, part-time or parents' hours available.
Essential responsibilities and duties include:
Manage and maintain Triumvirate's sales and marketing related databases and data daily, correcting inaccuracies and making frequent updates/improvements to the systems.
Help lead the tracking and quality of our marketing attribution initiative
Create and distribute monthly sales scorecards
Prepare and plan sales trainings for internal team members especially focus on Salesforce.com. Includes curriculum and PowerPoint presentation creation.
Monitor sales training frequencies, ensuring that all required sales trainings are completed in a timely manner/at regular intervals.
Present data, findings, and other key pieces of information to General Managers and Executive leadership
Track and update new sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
Attend Department meetings and record meeting minutes, following up with appropriate parties on "to-do's" and next steps.
Schedule Department meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
Assist in answering inbound calls or webforms submitted by prospects as needed
Maintain Department files, databases, and records.
Other daily, administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales support capacity.
Experience working with and within various CRM and ERP systems.
High attention to detail.
Strong multi-tasking skills required to handle many requests and tasks simultaneously.
