At E.H. Wolf & Sons, we are committed to delivery top-quality fuel and lubricant products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy in orders and invoices

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records; compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Contact customers to obtain missing information, answer queries, and provide account support

  • Liaise with the Operations department to ensure timely deliveries and track product inventory levels

  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally and ensure sales targets are met, reporting any deviations

  • Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff and assist with meeting logistics

  • Optimize sales processes and systems as required

  • Coordinate pricing requests and new customer set-up; work with credit department to follow up on pending applications

  • Issue and track sales transaction invoices for supplier spiff programs

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • A team player with a high level of dedication

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively
