We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance.

What we'll get you doing:

• Complete Sales Team paperwork related to change orders, product returns, customer credit requests, consignment forms, new account applications & order shipping changes

• Ability to follow up with internal & external customers to ensure /confirm on-time delivery of product orders

• Be a liaison between the sales team and support departments throughout the organization

The essential requirements of the role include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of professional experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Basic computer knowledge and understanding.

• This is a hybrid role working in our Torrance office.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette

• Customer Relationship Management.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $21.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
