Summary Works with Zone Manager to process quotes and convert them to orders. This consists of entering orders into the computer, proofreading all orders for accuracy. Prepares AVOs for production, and overall changes to orders and floor plan prints. Prepares reports for sales manager and follows up with purchasing questions for the Zone Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft, Excel and Word

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Pays attention to detail

• Sales support and customer service experience a plus

• Ability to prioritize

• Extreme organization

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
