Summary/Objective

The Sales Administrator will serve as support to the Sales Department, greet visitors, notify company personnel of visitor arrival, assist with walk-in orders and direct incoming calls appropriately.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Sales Department by assisting in organization of customer correspondence and other tasks as needed

  • Utilize CRM software on tasks as needed

  • Operate the multi-line telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, and taking messages

  • Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers

  • Notarize documents

  • Maintain a polite and positive attitude when communicating with customers, vendors and employees

  • Order office supplies

  • Process daily mail

  • Bank Deposits

  • Special projects on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
