Summary/Objective
The Sales Administrator will serve as support to the Sales Department, greet visitors, notify company personnel of visitor arrival, assist with walk-in orders and direct incoming calls appropriately.
Essential Functions
Support the Sales Department by assisting in organization of customer correspondence and other tasks as needed
Utilize CRM software on tasks as needed
Operate the multi-line telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, and taking messages
Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers
Notarize documents
Maintain a polite and positive attitude when communicating with customers, vendors and employees
Order office supplies
Process daily mail
Bank Deposits
Special projects on an as-needed basis
