The innovative product line-up is prevalent in industries such as food & beverage, vending, propane, rental trucks, emergency & rescue, battery, oil & natural gas. Summary:

The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting with order management of new product sales while interacting with and supporting team initiatives that better position the department and company for growth. This role works directly with all members of the inside sales team and specific cross functional team members that interact with the order upon receipt and submission through product completion, delivery, and invoicing to the customer. This position is on site in High Point, NC and will report to the Sales Associate Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to Sales Team

  • Manage transportation vendor invoicing. Reconcile invoices and process payment requests. Enter delivery date on orders.

  • Manage weight tickets for orders.

  • Manage chassis issues upon initial receipt of chassis. Communicate with vendors and appropriate Mickey team members to resolve issues.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Follow all company policies including safety guidelines.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as directed by Sales Associate Manager.

Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of administration experience. Sales and order management experience preferred.

  • High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); ability to create, proof and publish reports.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Applicant must have a highly collaborative workstyle and willingness to step in to solve business problems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate in both a verbal and written setting.

  • Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and with others to meet tight deadlines.

  • Consistent follow-through, with a commitment to achieving a positive customer (internal and external) experience through every interaction.

  • Applicant must have strong organizational skills and the composure necessary in managing and executing multiple priorities at once.

  • Demonstrated ability to work between departments to drive solutions for customers, internal and external.

Work Environment

Manufacturing work environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather.
