What Youll Be Doing:

The Spot Sales Account Representative is dedicated to creating and closing sales opportunities in order to build and grow their individual book of business. An ability to develop a deep understanding of your customers current business, industry, and supply chain are essential to the success of this role. Our best sales people are driven to make sales calls and have a passion for proving great customer service by doing what others wont and doing the little things right. A typical day might include:

  • Call with a purpose, build book of business by identifying and selling prospects; maintain relationships with customers.

  • Grow opportunities by successful rate negotiation, effective pricing proposals, and provide strategic transportation solutions.

  • Effectively communicate with prospects and customers at all levels of the organization.

  • Provide exceptional customer service delivering a customer first sales philosophy.

Our Ideal Candidate Is/Has:

  • Bachelors degree with previous sales experience desired.

  • Competitive and internally driven to achieve success.

  • Confident and intelligent decision-making and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all customers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word.

The Dealer Account Representative is the primary contact who services the day to day floorplan needs of the dealer and the auto auctions through system management and customer service. Success is achieved through exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. POSITION OVERVIEW: * Primarily responsibility is to administer the dealer and auction relationship. * Process new loans within established cutoff and/or turn times. * Manage titles coming from auctions and sending titles to dealers upon payoffs or on a title release within established cutoff and/or turn times * Onboard new dealers by setting up their account in our system and assuring all documentation is complete * Reconcile monthly lot audit inspections and communicate results to management * Assure that dealers maintain compliance with their agreement and exercise collection skills when necessary * Provide best in class customer service to dealers and auctions * Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's policies, processes and procedures. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Prior work experience in financial services and/or auto auction industry is required. * Familiarity with concepts, procedures and processes typically used in automotive and financial services industries is required. * Able to effectively and professionally communicate with dealer partners, auction partners and team members. * Self-motivated, independent and able to effectively utilize training and resource materials. * Must be able to multi-task and complete projects within established deadlines. * Effectively prepare or review of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and internal work queues at a satisfactory pace.
