Sales Account Representative – Your Job Duties

You will represent the company servicing customers throughout your sales territory (Stockton, Lodi, Jackson, Sacramento and Roseville).

• Travel throughout the region to visit farming and agricultural operations, selling new and used large tractor equipment to farm customers.
• Provide value to customer accounts by developing solutions that save time, reduce risk, and decrease of profit margin.
• Engage with dealership personnel (Product Support, Parts, Service, Integrated Solutions Manager, etc.) when needed in completing a sale, answering customer account questions, and ensuring customer account needs are met.
• Represent the company for the sale of equipment, parts, labor, and technology-based products and services to assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customer accounts.
• Input sales activity into the CRM system to maintain accurate logs.

You will be on the road visiting customers. No overnight travel required. Home every night!

Sales Account Representative – Required Skills, Prior Experience & Character

• You have relationships with agricultural companies and farms throughout your sales territory (central California) and have sold products or services to farm customers
• You are motivated to find opportunity, close deals and earn commission
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record – ability to travel to farms throughout your territory
• You are tech savvy and comfortable using a CRM system to input customer data and sales logs

Sales Account Representative - Desired (Not Required)

• John Deere, CAT or other farm equipment or parts knowledge or sales experience
• Bilingual – Spanish

Compensation $50,000 base salary plus sales commission, paid monthly.

Your annual earnings potential is up to $200,000 annually based on your sales production.

You will be provided with company paid medical, dental and vision, 401k with employer match, paid holidays and paid time off. You will also receive a monthly vehicle stipend in addition to mileage reimbursement for travel.
