Our Account Managers spend the majority of each week leading in-person meetings with our existing clients. You consult with C-level decision makers on human capital related initiatives, providing custom business insights and analytics to the client while discovering additional areas of opportunity where Paycom can add value with our single-application software product suite.

Qualifications

About Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a 2.8 GPA or higher from an accredited university

  • 1+ years of experience, preferably with client-facing sales or account management experience

  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards and rankings

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Increase the sales and profits of ADC via the Professional Medical Representative sales force by creating demand for ADC products. Establish and lead a team of high performing representatives that can execute and achieves our sales plan and goals. Provide clear direction and feedback of results achieved. Work closely with the marketing teams and other sales channels to develop synergistic sales plans. Implement the appropriate control measures for monitoring representative activity. Monitor performance and adjust resources as needed.
