Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by proactively selling the companys services. Provide complete and competitive solutions for every customer, in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing, and prospective customers
  • Work closely with InProductions inventory/design team to create effective quotations and job specifications based on unique customer requirements
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Primary point of communication to clients during promotion and sales
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Develop and maintain excellent working knowledge of InProductions entire suite of capabilities and services

Requirements

  • 5 years successful event industry experience desired
  • Pass background check and drug screening requirments
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting orexceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company growth goals
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent targeting, selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer and technology skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation:

  • Commission with base draw

  • Bachelors degree in business management marketing, or similar study preferred
