We bring together the industry's finest technicians to serve our customers in 58 markets across 22 states.Each office within Elevated has local operations and staff dedicated to providing a superior standard of service, and now benefits also from a world-class corporate infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities, and superior training and support for our workforce.What to Expect:The Account Manager will support our existing customer base and will collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.Duties/Responsibilities:Generates sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.Ensures clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.Communicates client needs and demands to management.Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while also meeting company goals.Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.Keeps records of client transactions.Performs other duties as assigned.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Attributes:Strong attention to detail
