Understands customer needs and explains how A2MAC1 product features meet those needs and showing the added value of A2MAC1.
Anticipates customer needs, feedback and objections and shapes customer value perceptions, builds relationships with key decision makers, uses a very high level of tact and diplomacy as well as creativity and conducts highly complex negotiations.
Good performance in signing sales contracts, executing and managing and other related work, and coordinating the resolution of pre-sales, sales, customer service and other issues
In collaboration with the Engagement Managers, responsible for offers, RFPs, and pitches.
Requirements
Professional Background
· Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
· 10+ years minimum experiences as Sales or Customer services in Automobile industry
· Software / services / intangibles sales experience & automotive ecosystem knowledge required
· Fluent English written & oral
· Understanding and knowledge of the technologies related with Company Automobile Products will be a plus.
· This position may require occasional domestic and internation travel
Skills & Abilities
· Has solid knowledge of automotive products & service offering as well as platforms and the XaaS approach, fully understands strengths and limitations of relative products, effectively partners with customers in finding ways to meet their needs and to generate growth. Has comprehensive skills in sales / account management.
· Fully understands company sales strategy, selling model and competitive landscape, fully understands industry and broader market environment. Has sound knowledge of assigned accounts or able to Develops knowledge of assigned accounts’ organizations and their business challenges, leverages business and industry knowledge to expand relationship with own accounts
· Works autonomously and as part of a team, works autonomously, acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues
· Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
