Understands customer needs and explains how A2MAC1 product features meet those needs and showing the added value of A2MAC1.
Is responsible for relationships and ongoing interactions with customer contacts both internally and externally. Using creativity and tools to remove customer obstacles. Responsible for large, strategic customers as well as for new customer acquisition with have potential for a long-term partnership.
Anticipates customer needs, feedback and objections and shapes customer value perceptions, builds relationships with key decision makers, uses a very high level of tact and diplomacy as well as creativity and conducts highly complex negotiations.
Study the automotive market and monitor OEM sales volume, learn the profit status of leading domestic and global component manufacturers, explore potential customers and increase sales to existing customers
Good performance in signing sales contracts, executing and managing and other related work, and coordinating the resolution of pre-sales, sales, customer service and other issues
In collaboration with the Engagement Managers, responsible for offers, RFPs, and pitches.
