- Close High-Ticket Sales: Lead by example by closing high-value deals (average deal is $5K) and setting the standard for excellence.
- Build and Scale: Develop, refine, and document a scalable sales process. Lay the groundwork for recruiting, training, and leading a world-class sales team.
