Sales Account Executive
As an Account Executive at Logiwa, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing the customer journey throughout the sales process. You will own the sales process from qualification to close, and manage the customer relationship throughout the sales lifecycle by reading customer metrics, being proactive, and understanding customer behavior leading to product engagement.
What You'll Do
Drive the sales process from qualification to close
Run effective and engaging SaaS Product Demos in order to close new clients
Assist in finding prospects and leads, identifying new sales opportunities as you go
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Work in conjunction with our Sales Development, Marketing, and Technical teams to provide the best customer experience
You Have:
1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, owning a sales cycle from nurture to close
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (especially Hubspot) is a big plus
Experience in Supply-Chain (WMS, ERP, TMS, or Carriers) would be extremely
valuable
