The Sales Account Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, and feel comfortable at in-person meetings and presentations, wed like to meet you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to our Sales Rules of Engagement in all business dealings
  • Manage sales leads established in our CRM system and as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with an assigned Account Manager and the ExtractionTek team
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Minor to moderate travel may be required for client visits and industry trade shows in all legal cannabis markets, possibly including Canada, Central America and Europe. A US Passport is highly recommended at time of employment. Candidates must be able to travel between the US and Canada, as well as between the US and Central America without restriction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient with CRM software (NetSuite and Pipedrive), G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Valid US Drivers License

Stand out from the rest:

  • Sales experience in the cannabis extraction industry
  • Experience using hydrocarbon extraction machines

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The Sales Account Executive is initially required to be in office. After 90 days, the employee is eligible to work remotely with manager approval. This position is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week to maintain and grow their current book of business.

Benefits

Position Type - Base Salary + Commission

Starting Base Salary - $40,000.00/yr

Commission - ETS Account Executive Commission Plan (OTE: $120,000/yr)

Bonus - Annual Year End Bonus

Lutheran Medical Center is part of the SCL Health System and is a 280 bed acute care hospital with separate behavioral health and hospice buildings. The Executive Chef will work primarily to ensure quality and consistency in the execution of our menus and catering events. In addition, you will be expected to build a collaborative and engaged team and drive At Your Request (AYR) patient meal experience. The Executive Chef will support a changing retail environment and need to be innovative. This position will work a primarily Monday through Friday schedule with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs. Budgeted salary range is $75,000-$85,000. The successful candidate will: * directly manage retail, patient feeding, catering chefs as well as purchasing and catering manager; * maintain chef/manager schedules; cover chefs/manager schedule as needed; * implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital: Catering, Retail menus, production, FMS sheets, inventory control, HACCP, cleaning schedules, staffing plans, presentation and quality of food, etc. Sodexo standards will be the benchmark; * monitor, audit, implement and standardize new menus; * be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for 14 nonunion client associates; * conduct audits, create action plans based on audit findings and be responsible for keeping and updating GC audit books; * work with vendors on procurement items; be responsible for purchasing manager and purchasing financial audits; * conduct yearly culinary foundations training to all cooks; * improve and standardize catering services, create menus based on client needs; * implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services; and/or * create interpersonal relationships with clients in hospital.
