The Sales Account Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, and feel comfortable at in-person meetings and presentations, wed like to meet you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to our Sales Rules of Engagement in all business dealings
  • Manage sales leads established in our CRM system and as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with an assigned Account Manager and the ExtractionTek team
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Minor to moderate travel may be required for client visits and industry trade shows in all legal cannabis markets, possibly including Canada, Central America and Europe. A US Passport is highly recommended at time of employment. Candidates must be able to travel between the US and Canada, as well as between the US and Central America without restriction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient with CRM software (NetSuite and Pipedrive), G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Valid US Drivers License

  • Sales experience in the cannabis extraction industry
  • Experience using hydrocarbon extraction machines

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The Sales Account Executive is initially required to be in office. After 90 days, the employee is eligible to work remotely with manager approval. This position is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week to maintain and grow their current book of business.

Benefits

Position Type - Base Salary + Commission

Starting Base Salary - $40,000.00/yr

Commission - ETS Account Executive Commission Plan (OTE: $120,000/yr)

Bonus - Annual Year End Bonus
