What We Need:

We're looking for an Account Executive, based out of Dallas, TX, who is passionate about building something from the ground up through new relationships with innovative companies and continued dedication to current clients. The ideal AEs are natural-born problem solvers who can write cold emails as well as they can shake a hand.

They know how to sound compelling over-the-phone to complete strangers. They take initiative on their own and know when it's time to collaborate with the team. They always come to the table with a new way of thinking and the potential for new business is what gets them excited to come to work in the morning.

Who You Are:

You were probably nodding to yourself as you read about the ideal AE above because you can problem-solve on the fly. You have a deep understanding of how to synthesize a client's needs into deliverable solutions. You consider yourself an entrepreneur at heart and look forward to the opportunity to create new relationships - in a way that hasn't been done before. You're probably also a little competitive! ;)

What You Bring:

You know the marketing, advertising, and digital spaces as well as know the route to your nearest coffee shop. This means that you have:

Prior sales experience that makes the daily sales lingo NBD
A fearless nature that doesn't stop you from connecting with people you've never met before on the phone or over email
The tenacity of someone who won't take "no" for an answer
An appreciation for client service and the tact behind wooing
Endless humility when it comes to doing administrative tasks and assisting others on your team

Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equal by experience</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years proven experience and success in Inside Sales Representative role or higher</li> <li>You have experience selling inside Human Resources and Talent Management Software Industries</li> <li>An asset: Key-user or Sales experience in CRM and/or ERP Software</li> <li>You must have experience in use of Salesforce</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The ability to create a detailed, full-cycle sales business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas of your role.</li> <li>Proactively engage with the prospects via telephone and email to understand their requirements and present ThisWay solutions.
