Partner with Policy, Engineering and Security to identify, influence, and improve the support provided to users in need
Lead investigations into accounts to identify sources of abusive behavior
Share case studies with internal teams and highlight potential trends of how suspects and victims use Facebook
Gather and synthesize relevant data, suggesting improvements in the tools and techniques to help scale the team and mitigate future risk
Interface with legal, law enforcement, and industry partners when appropriate
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving experience
Experience with assessing, analyzing and resolving issues, and distilling that complexity into simple communication
Experience working with graphic or sensitive content
