Safety Representative I

Job Description

This role will support the safety team by being the main point of contact as it relates to traffic violations and new applicant drug testing information.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and receive required Safety documents.

• Assist with accident documentation and handling

• Monitor driver terminations for updates to Safety Bonus

• Process Safety Observation Reports

• Answer calls and respond to emails regarding safety issues and respond in a timely manner

• Maintain several spreadsheets for the department

• Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers

• Utilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and SAP

• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency

• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

• Maintain a positive attitude
