The candidate will be responsible for developing new solutions to identify and minimize potential hazards within a manufacturing environment.
Candidate will be responsible for working closely with program and functional leadership, engineering, and employees to assess and address safety aspects of engineering controls, engaging employees to address safety concerns and determining safe work behaviors.
Candidate must be able to successfully work independently and as part of a functional team to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Candidate will represent the organization across multiple levels of the company and demonstrate the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate organization strategy and objectives.
Must have the ability to research and apply the best industrial and working practices to provide effective services while keeping abreast with changes in laws and regulations.
Possess immense knowledge of health and safety engineering processes and practices. Ability to provide and implement plan objectives and standards timely.
The candidate will track, evaluate and present ESH metrics, support organizational safety initiatives, and injury reduction.
