The SafeHouse brand is 50 years old and recognized globally as a spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, WI. Visiting agents [guests] experience authentic espionage artifacts mingled with pop culture references and spy paraphernalia. Our spy culture is an integral part of the intrigue!

Purchase goods and manage cost controls
Manage to a prime cost
Enforce safe and sanitary food production standards
Train and Develop Staff
Assign in detail, specific duties to all associates under supervision
Select, train and supervise kitchen staff in proper preparation of menu items
Schedule culinary team so that proper coverage is maintained while managing payroll costs
Ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature setting) usage and rotation of food products so as to comply with the Health Department regulations
Preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 5 years of food service management
Excellent communication skills
Managerial or supervisory experience required
Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and specific food preparation.
Working knowledge of accepted safety sanitation standards
Extensive experience with slicers, mixers, grinders and food processors
Mathematical skills necessary to understand recipes, measurements, requisition amounts and portions
Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200lbs on a continuous schedule
Ability to perform duties in a confined space
Must be available to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to complete orders, read recipes and communicate with other team members
