We seek safe care providers for full-time positions in Batesville, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $35,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school

• Driver's License (Class D) with good driving record in Arkansas

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Computer literate, including word processing, medical office management system applications, electronic mail, and electronic medical records.

• three years experience in home visiting, case management, child development, and parenting

• Must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Accepts and enrolls families in SafeCare services, meeting required deadlines.

• Drives to family homes and delivers the SafeCare home-based intervention, activities, and

curriculum that enhances parent education while being both creative and flexible.

• Delivers SafeCare services to parents

Administers assessments required by the program.

Provides and monitors services to families as outlined in the SafeCare Model Implementation

Training.

• Works closely with SafeCare Enrollment Coordinator to enroll and serve eligible families.

• Ensures family eligibility requirements are met according to DCFS and National SafeCare

• office requirements,

• Assists in new families' screening and orientation activities.

About Life Strategies Counseling Inc. (LSCI)

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
