You are:

A team player able to support clients and sales representatives with image creation, sample envelopes, and training. Create envelope messages as requested, supporting the Online Envelope Messaging portal for the US and Canada in a variety of roles, including image review, updates, approvals & rejections.

You will:

  • Provide Inbound and outbound phone, chat and email support

  • Utilize remote and virtual technology to solve customer issues

  • Be responsible for continuing to update and enhance his / her technical skills to maintain training quality.

  • Conduct quality audits and utilize feedback systems to evaluate the effectiveness of training and other assigned tasks.

  • Assess, create and alter digital graphics to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

  • Handle assigned customer tasks and demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure optimum productivity as well as maintain accuracy.

  • Actively participate in implementation and process improvements of PB to ensure professionalism, relevance, and efficiency of training customers on MyGraphics.

Your background:

  • Working knowledge of graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required

  • IT Help Desk/software support experience preferred

  • Demonstrated success in a training environment and possess/demonstrate knowledge and skills in the functions of content design, development and delivery

  • Degree in Web or Graphics Design is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, SharePoint, and Excel

  • The ability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am 7pm Mon-Fri

Within our Sending Technology Solutions team, we provide a full range of mailing equipment and postage meters, maintenance and support services and supplies that enable our clients to efficiently create mail and evidence postage. We segment our Sending Solutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S. and Canadian businesses, and our International operations. We are a leading provider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installed.
