Your New Job

The Position: The candidate will drive cloud-native software modernization company efforts in providing a reliable, scalable, state-of-the-art SaaS platform serving domestic and global customers. SaaS platform will address wireless tower engineering domain incorporating AI/ML, augmented reality (i.e. AR), as well as distributed far-edge compute functionality. The role should have the ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into manageable parts, clearly document software architecture, and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical internal or external stakeholders. The role will work closely within a cross-functional team and provide guidance and mentorship to software developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment while actively participating in all the stages of software development process (i.e. requirement definition, code-implementation, code review, etc).

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Demonstrate leadership, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in driving architectural direction and technology decisions related to SaaS platforms, as well as being able to articulate complex technical concepts to internal and external customers.

• Experience in designing scalable and robust architectures for SaaS platforms. Proficiency in microservice architectures, including service orchestration and inter-service communication. Familiarity with monolithic and distributed software designs.

• Expertise in one of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native design patterns, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), serverless computing, and managed databases.

• Proficiency in various programing languages (e.g. Java, C#, C++, Paython).

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (i.e. React, Angular, etc)

• In-depth understanding of security best practices for SaaS platforms, including tools and frameworks like OWASP,IAM, SST/TLS.

• Expertise in designing and managing scalable databases (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SaaS applications. Familiarity with logging and monitoring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred cloud certification from, at least, one of top 3 could providers (i.e. AWS Certified Solution Architect, GCP Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

• More than 5 year of experience in a SaaS software architecture role utilizing one of the top three cloud providers (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP), and more than 5 years of hand-on software development experience on cloud-native applications.

• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, is required.
