Saas Applications Administrator

This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the office in Manhattan.

In 2023, the Claims Conference distributed approximately $625 million in direct compensation to over 260,000 survivors in 83 countries and allocated approximately $900 million in grants to over 300 social service agencies worldwide that provide vital services for Holocaust survivors, such as home care, food, and medicine. Our Research, Education, and Documentation (RED) funds contribute toward global efforts to educate the public and preserve the memory of the Holocaust through teacher training programs, exhibitions, and films such as Son of Saul, an Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Film. The Claims Conference is looking for a SaaS Applications Administrator to join our IT team. We are looking for a diligent, customer service-oriented and proactive team player who is detail oriented, is an excellent communicator and is solutions-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting staff with use of Fluxx (grant management system) and Diamond applications;
• Q/A testing for Diamond and Fluxx modifications;
• Compiling feedback from users for edits to applications, reporting, allocation letters or emails and coordinating within IT to have these changes deployed to Fluxx and Diamond;
• Reporting issues to Fluxx utilizing the Fluxx issue ticketing system;
• Participating in weekly meetings with Fluxx Customer Success Manager to review and escalate issues;
• Working within IT to create ad-hoc reporting in Fluxx as per specifications acquired from users of Fluxx and Diamond;
• Acting as administrator of Fluxx, perform all administrative tasks, including but not limited to: approval of organization and contact registration, document deletion requests and bulk updated status or attribute changes;
• Assisting with the creation and updating of user manuals and webinars for Fluxx and Diamond;
• Assisting with investigations of production issues reported by internal and external users of Fluxx and Diamond;
• Assist with training to new staff and advanced training for existing staff;
• Completing other tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree;
• Proficient in Office365 suite including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, de-duplicating;
• Stellar organizational skills with an eye to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Our target salary range for Saas Applications Administrator in the New York City market is $75,000-$80,000. This salary range represents Claims Conferences good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidates exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
