Responsibilities • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals. • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance with local codes. • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Requirements • Valid S10 license in the state of Connecticut. • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (installation and service). • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
