Indiana (MUST be in Michigan, Ohio or Indiana and industry experience required.)

Investors Title Insurance Company is looking for a dynamic title industry professional to lead market growth in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. This RVP, of Market Development is positioned to collaborate with our marketing and operations leaders to maximize profits and increase market share from products and services offered within the territory. Additional responsibilities include managing and supervising marketing personnel and coordinating operational efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in real estate or title insurance industries accompanied with the ability to operate in a detailed environment while utilizing excellent judgment and strategic thinking.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of title insurance for agency management, operations and underwriting.

• Completion of four (4) year degree or equivalent training and experience.

• Significant personnel management experience (including coaching).

• Ability to analyze situations, develop creative solutions and make sound decisions.

• Strong skills in planning, leadership, sales, communication and relationship building.

• Ability to present information and lead discussions.

Position Highlights:

• Identify and address marketing, organizational and operational issues that affect ability to implement growth plans.

• Deliver marketing support.

• Formulate and implement business development plans, while working closely with company leaders to achieve results.

• Develop MI, OH and IN markets.

• Establish relationships and collaborate with managers in target markets to identify and execute growth opportunities.

• Identify, recommend and lead agency acquisition efforts.

• Coordinate with operations leaders to understand company policies, software, settlement procedures and production guidelines.

• Travel within designated market.

Qualifications (desired):

• 8 years in the real estate or title insurance industry.

• Background in the sale of financial services and familiarity with real estate agents, lending and banking organizations.
