Assists in running and tracking sales, budgeting manager assessment and customer satisfaction reports for restaurants.
Assists in making employee changes in the HRIS system.
Assists in projecting, monitoring and managing G&A budget.
Analyze Operations data and create necessary reports.
Coordinates all logistics of regional meetings (P3X, JVP, Partner meetings, etc.) and special events to include securing meeting space, travel arrangements, transportation, and food.
Prepares and handles various internal and external correspondences, facilitating responses in a timely manner.
Interfaces with other departments, Partners, external and internal customers.
Creates and maintains an orderly and efficient file system (hard copy or electronic).
Processes departmental invoices for payment.
Oversees travel arrangements to include flights, lodging, and processing of expense reports.
5+ years administrative experience required.
5+ years experience in a large retail, hospitality or multi-unit environment, preferred.
Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required.
