RV Warranty Administrator

Your journey with Blue Compass RV as a Warranty Administrator.

In this role, you will conduct the warranty process for several locations with our North Carolina Warranty Market, submit paperwork to the manufacturer, and track requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done. This is a remote position and does not have to physically reside in Ringgold.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct the Warranty Process in a timely manner for all assigned locations.

• Submit daily pre-authorizations, this includes checking for recalls at time of submittal and escalating denied pre-authorizations as required.

• Update daily work orders with authorization information while ensuring all work order statuses are current.

• Submit daily Claims and create parts labels for return.

• Coordinate with Warranty Market Manager daily on workload and progress.

• Uphold yourself and locations to Blue Compass standard of excellence, core values and culture.
