Greet customers, direct them to registration, and drive their coach to a delivery site.
Inspect and identify new and customer trade-in coaches for condition, major repairs required, and confirmation of features and options with option or appraisal sheet.
Identify and prepare for storage manuals and remotes.
Create and install stock unit labels and point-of-sale materials.
Perform data entry of coach information.
Use of the Lazydays tablet device to capture check-in data on incoming units
Meet and greet each customer and transport to delivery site for walk-through.
Demonstrate the features and major component systems of all RV makes and models.
Change license plate from one RV to another.
Understand and address or relay to advisor and/or technician customer concerns and questions, including functional issues to be addressed by technicians.
Build the customer's confidence in their purchase.
Ensure all issues are captured on 'QC' or 'Walk-Through Features and Functions' forms for historical data purposes.
Perform feature and component operation demonstrations for other Lazydays employees.
Perform quality control on all DTC ("deliver to customer") coaches and other delivery or service coaches as requested.
Deliver RV's to customers or to sublets as needed.
Attend all company-required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
Five years RV experience preferred.
Ability to learn the systems and features inside an RV.
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
