Job Summary

Summary:Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers.

  • Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

  • Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.

  • Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.

  • Completes side work as assigned.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a self-directed, results-oriented Administrative Assistant for our Green Bay, WI location. Primary Responsibilities * Demonstrate behavior consistent with Foth Basic Principles and Values * Prepare documents, presentations, reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, etc. while maintaining Foth's company standards and Current Best Approach (CBA) * Support project teams with plan preparation, bid support, and distribution management * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and support daily administrative requirements for the office * Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with others * Communicate professionally and effectively through various forms of written correspondence (i.e., letter, email, memorandum) across all levels within organization * Maintain office and project files and filing systems * Collaborate with office staff on special projects, as needed * Demonstrate strong organizational skills (i.e., multi-task) * Travel as required (local/domestic) for field work and/or other client/business objectives * Schedule minor building maintenance activities with subcontractors * Plan activities, events, projects, and other business-related functions * Assist in preparation for industry and trade conferences, as requested * Administer new member activities including drug screenings, on-boarding, and integration (varies w/ offices) * Support phone and visitor receptionist responsibilities (varies w/ offices) * Serve as liaison for annual local Health Risk Assessment activities (HR admin only) Required Qualifications * Minimum five years of experience in a professional office administrative role * High level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; accurate data entry * Experience using analytical and problem solving skills * Manage multiple projects effectively * Customer service experience * Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Associates degree in Business Administration or similar field * Minimum five years of experience in a professional office administrative role * Proficiency with Adobe InDesign * High degree of initiative and ownership of work product All Foth Companies are equal opportunity employers and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
