How You Will Make an Impact
The Talent Development &Organizational Effectiveness Manager plans, develops, implements, and administers development and training programs for company Team Members. The Manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organizational leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
The Nuts and Bolts
Support business leaders in assessing their organization design, team effectiveness, and leadership development needs using appropriate methods and tools. This may include Talent and Organizational Capability Reviews
Work with leadership in the development and facilitation of Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans, High-Potential, Rotational Programs, and other programs to improve organizational effectiveness
Champion change management, steering the business through the use of change tools and techniques and by improving access to internal and external capabilities required to execute business strategies
Lead the development of an organizational development strategy to strengthen organizational performance and accountability, culture and values, learning capability, and employee engagement, encouraging enterprise-wide solutions where appropriate
Collaborate to develop an aligned curriculum of US, regional, and functional programs, on-line tools, and coaching resources
Implement a continuous improvement strategy, data-based assessment methods, and vendor partnerships for measurement of employee satisfaction and engagement, talent systems (competency model, 360s, online assessment tools, career framework, etc.), performance management, and development planning
Ensure linkage of rewards and recognition programs and general compensation strategy
Support business leaders and the HR team to assess team member talent and training gaps as part of the M&A activities to ensure successful integration
Manage all necessary change management communications to support internal education and plan or program changes to ensure successful outcomes
Required Credentials
Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development or a related field
5 years of training experience, with at least one year of management experience
Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs
CPLP Credentials preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
