Rte/Scrum Master, Hybrid Role

Job Title: RTE/Scrum Master

Location:Burbank, CA Hybrid positions, work 3 days from home

Hourly rate: $75-$80 p/hr + full benefits + excellent retirement package + conversion to full time employment

This position is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity

Noor Staffing Group is partnering with one of the most reputable and well-known organizations in Burbank to find a talented RTE/Scrum Master. You will be tasked with leading our Agile release train and will be our true SME and leader within the organization. You will be the teacher, trainer, and coach of Agile principles for our organization and you will facilitate events and processes to ensure a smooth running Agile release across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following certifications:

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC);
• Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT)
• Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
• Certified Scrum Professional–ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)
• Certified Team Coach (CTC)
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Skills:

• Knowledge of advanced level understanding of Scaled Agile principles and practices
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean
• Understanding of technical issues, and an ability to apply strong analytical, problem-solving
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methods and standards including the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
• Skilled in operating modern computers and related software; advanced proficiency with Jira
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Must be a relationship builder, a communicator, and must be able to help team members to reach their highest potential within the Agile framework

Responsibilities:

• Support and coach our Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering technology solutions in large, cross-functional
• environment
• Identify the gaps and provides ongoing coaching on Lean-Agile practices to PMs, SMs, teams and the Business; coach team members to reach their highest potential within the Agile framework
• Schedules and facilitates all Scrum events for 1 or 2 teams
• Lead and moderate user story, feature, and capability estimation
• Removes roadblocks for the team and helps PMs to deliver on Epic Objectives
