RT Admin Assistant (Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced full time, Respiratory Therapist Assistant to join our Terre Haute location.

The Respiratory Admin Assistant is responsible for:

• Communicating with patients/customers to gather, complete and compile accurate personal information.

• Communicating with physician's offices and/or referral sources to ensure the requirements of all billing aspects are met.

• Setting up appointments for the R.T. in your branch to see patients as needed for masks, new set ups and problems.

• Communicating problems and concerns to supervisor/office manager.

• Fitting patients for Cpap masks as well as setting patients up on Cpap machine and instructing on how to use.

• Speaking to the patient or family representative about their financial responsibility concerning their set up.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:30 p.m.)

On Call: The position will take on call every 3rd week.
