RRT Shift Supervisor - Respiratory Care

JOB SUMMARY

• Assists the Director in the organizing, planning, directing and coordinating of all activities relating to Respiratory Care Services including ensuring services are within the Hospital's mission, meeting regulatory compliance and ensuring quality, safe, cost effective and efficient patient care is provided. Clinical Coordinators oversee the department in the absence of the Director and provide direct patient care to all ages of patients as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 year / Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration or Leadership (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 2 years leadership (Required)
• 2 - 3 years Respiratory Care practice (Required)

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

• Required Certifications/Licensures: NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), GA Composite Board Respiratory License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
