JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assess, plan, evaluate and provide quality respiratory care to patients in the hospital.
  • Perform all aspects and treatment modalities as outlined by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Operate blood gas analyzer, performing QC and daily maintenance; maintain QC and maintenance logs; analyze blood gas samples, and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager or Director.
  • All areas of treatment for which they have been deemed and documented to be competent to perform patient care, including but not limited to ED, ICU, NICU, etc.
EDUCATION:
  • Associates Degree from accredited Respiratory Therapy program
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT) and licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
  • BLS, ACLS issued by the American Heart Association, Required.
  • Current NRP, Required.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have at least 1 years of current acute care hospital critical care experience
  • High volume patient experience in a busy critical care environment.
  • Team player with a great attitude. Team culture of helping others is very strong.

VIEW JOBS 1/20/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-04-20T00:00 Job Overview As a Production Coach in Coffee Processing you are responsible for overall operating performance of the Keurig Dr Pepper production operations. You will work with the team to streamline efficiency of production with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and improving financial results. Shift & Schedule: This full-time position will be based in our Sumner, WA plant and will support our N2 Shift, working 5:00pm - 5:15am PST on a rotating schedule (see below): Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Additional flexibility to work overtime depending on changing business needs, including potential off-days and/or holidays, is required as scheduled. Compensation: This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a bi-weekly cycle. Pay is flexible and determined based on candidate experience. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) is also available immediately. What you will do: * Supervise up to 15 production employees in our Coffee Processing operations (including receiving, roasting, and grinding) * Hires, schedules, and supervises full time staff and temporary additional staff * Ensures a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all things we do * Follows all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department * Oversees all process documentation and training program procedures to assure consistency of operational tasks, and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace * Ensures a quality product is being produced and all quality processes are being followed * Ensures employee training and work is consistent with policy and procedural guides * Works directly with Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance and Facilities on projects to improve quality, streamline efficiencies and reduce operating expenses * Tracks productivity for measured shift efficiency and improvement * Operates at or below the budgeted cost for production utilizing lean manufacturing procedures and cross training * Oversees adherence to inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy goals are constantly achieved * Ensures that Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures are adhered to * Embraces and applies Keurig Dr Pepper principles in the workplace * Performs timely quarterly and annual reviews for all front-line Keurig staff * Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action * Responsible for ensuring the production of a safe, wholesome and quality product and requires trained designees when applicable * Performs other duties as requested by management * Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field preferred OR 5-7 years of experience applying a comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures involved in coffee processing and packaging or a related manufacturing field * Supervisory experience of a production team of 10 or more * Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions * Clear understanding of fundamentals of Lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems * Clear understanding of TPM/TQM and use of tools and data for problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word with demonstrated knowledge of productivity tracking * Ability to work independently and as a team to positively and comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment with focused attention to detail * Ability to manage change and constantly strive for improvement * Superior communication and organizational skills * Solid understanding of food manufacturing, coffee experience preferable * Must be comfortable developing and conducting group presentations to employees and management * Builds constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact and treats direct reports equitably * Provides current, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback to others * Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose solutions to problems * Must be able to travel occasionally, work in a team environment, and occasionally work a flexible schedule * Must have the ability to work a fast paced, constantly evolving environment with focused attention to detail * Excellent organizational and customer service skills essential Bonus: * Previous experience facilitating, coaching and implementing TPM, Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events and driving Lean transformation with proven results and implementations in a manufacturing environment.
