Job Summary/Goals

  • Delivers operational excellence through the implementation of the RPM process and accompanying systems (Support for Corrigo and/or Space and other technology by account, space/data management systems, and project tracking tools).

  • Delivers operational excellence through the implementation of the 5 phase JLL capital planning process (Gather, Develop, Analyse, Approve, Govern) and accompanying systems (AdaptiveWork and other technology by account).

  • Drives improvement and innovation within the capital planning and RPM process and systems through understanding of synergies between service lines within JLL.

  • Establishes a partnership with both client and on-account leadership; builds immediate credibility, drives confidence, and deflects conflict under stressful, time sensitive situations

  • Trusted colleague, ensuring flawless execution of new Work Dynamics account transitions.

  • Collaborator with the Transition & Product Refresh team Business Groups (Finance, Sourcing) and Service Lines (Transactions, Facility Management, Occupancy Planning, Lease Administration) when a Multi-X engagement

  • Best practice leader in CRE Capital Planning and RPM means and methods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

General:

  • Translates and documents transition requirements, per signed MSA and/or SOW, into a workplan timeline, key activities, and deliverables package (Technology, Reporting, Processes, Playbook, Templates and Training)

  • Applies subject matter expertise to support sales and operations of both RPM and CP service lines

  • Work with the client to identify all key resources/contributors for the capital planning process. Get buy in from all parties involved, then stand up the Capital planning and/or RPM processes within the agreed timeline.

  • Work with and guide/support counterpart services lines (Finance, Sourcing, IT, etc.) within greater Transition teams to achieve end state success of RPM and CP transitions. Includes integrating for all process and technology touch-points.

  • Leverage experience in cost and schedule management, financial planning, data analytics, facilities management, and construction project management to identify areas of opportunity for clients to save time and money

  • Cross-pollinates the PDS product across all business lines, horizontal and vertical

  • Champion of the PDS best practice processes for PDS, RPM and CP. This includes respective technology suites, and the ability to clearly demonstrate the value to client and on-account teams

  • Effectively manages client, transition team, and on-account teams' expectations with clear and concise communication

  • Easily identifies risks and strategically proposes and manages the path to resolution

  • Effectively communicates to and engages Client Solutions Executives during transitions; knows when to engage and/or escalate

  • Stays informed on changes to the RPM and CP processes, systems and reporting and contributes as a SME to both initiatives

Technical:

  • Leverages the considerable amount of transition tools and templates (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Word, SharePoint, Workfront, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Facilitates meetings comfortably, confidently and efficiently whether in person or virtually (using MS Teams or other required client platform)
  • Aggregates and translates outputs into marketable deliverables (e.g. Case Studies, White Papers and quarterly metrics)

Training:

  • Plans and participates in the "go live" training and delivers training relative to client specific nuances (technology, processes, reporting)
  • Supports the training and development of JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for RPM and CP processes.

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Solid understanding and demonstrated use of Project Toolkit, AdaptiveWork, Corrigo and Account Management requirements. This is both for delivery to account teams, but also leveraged to deliver operational excellence and profitable revenue

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to learn systems functionality quickly

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven leadership experience; reaches deep into this experience to migrate teams toward operational excellence

  • Seven years of documented, progressive experience in aspects of Project Management.

  • Understanding of Relocation Project Management service line and ability to learn requirements quickly

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills; yet, must demonstrate ability to aggregate results and translate into solid recommendations

  • Process oriented with strong technical skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently

  • Ability to interpret business scenarios to translate and communicate how to apply the RPM and CP project processes to that scenario

  • Flexibility with work hours and overnight travel required (25%-50% overnight travel is possible during peak workload)

  • Experience developing project charters (scope, schedules, budgets, business justifications and risk assessments) for a diverse set of real estate and construction projects.

  • Experience with real estate and construction finance principles.

  • Understanding of change management, communication structures and planning.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently and through ambiguity to create structure and consensus.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and advise senior executives via reports, written communications and oral presentations.

BENEFICIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Six Sigma and PMP certifications preferred

  • Experience conducting training

  • Account Transition implementation experience preferred

  • AdaptiveWork super user preferred

  • Capital Planning and Relocation Project Management experience preferred, with a high knowledge and skill base in at least one

Estimated compensation for this position is:

100,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
