Position Summary
The RPG Developer analyzes designs, develops, and maintains iSeries applications software utilizing RPG, RPG ILE,
RPG-FREE, and SQL languages.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes designs, develops and maintains iSeries applications software utilizing RPG, RPG ILE, RPG-FREE, and SQL
languages.
Write programs based on specifications.
Code new RPG programs and modify or enhance existing RPG programs.
Troubleshoot and debug existing code and system to identify and resolve issues.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Perform maintenance on existing programs and makes enhancements to applications based on user requirements.
Implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Position Requirements
IBM iSeries AS/400 experience.
RPG IV, RPG Free, ILE, CL, CLLE.
Use of embedded SQL.
Experience with Inventory / Supply Chain management a plus.
Experience with E-Commerce a plus.
Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP/Python Experience a plus
Strong time management skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Proven ability to work with minimal direct supervision

Description The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance and engaged culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standard work; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. * Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (P4G) and employee development programs (D4G). * Designs, directs and manages a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management (OTA). * Establishes and leads the process to recruit and hire a superior workforce by providing innovative sourcing strategies.
