The RPA (Robotic Process Automation Solution Architect is tasked to support automation development throughout the automation journey by conducting architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of automation opportunities into RPA solution design models.

Coordinates with Business and Technology stakeholders to gathers requirements and design automations to solve business issues by:

  • Assesses automation opportunities from a technical perspective and provides solutions using UiPath or other approved technologies

  • Conducts architectural evaluation, design and analysis of automation deployments.

  • Responsible for review of technical documentation (Solution Design Document) and acts as an escalation point of contact for automation.

  • Proficient in driving best practice design - identifying reusable components, queues, configurable parameters.

  • Continues to lead and train developers and analysts in best practice automation design.

  • Contributes to best practice documentation and standards to further enhance skills and abilities.

Ensuring that all Automation Team efforts and resources support and enhance key organization-wide processes by:

  • Maintaining a commitment to exemplary customer service. Also ensuring that there is an ongoing focus on the customer and their needs and what actions need to be taken in order to meet those needs.

  • Soliciting input, on a regular basis, from end-user departments.

  • As necessary, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery systems so they are more responsive to customer needs.

  • Facilitating the implementation of a best practice type approach to all practices and procedures.

  • Monitoring progress against established departmental and organizational goals throughout the year.

  • Interacting effectively with BHS leaders to support the accomplishment of important outcomes.

  • Ensuring solid and pro-active working relationships with internal staff and key outside contacts.

Performs other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by:

  • Researching, recommending and implementing new processes and technology to improve the quality of services provided.

  • Completing other job-related assignments and special projects as directed.

ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate complies with the following organizational requirements:

  • Attends and participates in department meetings and is accountable for all information shared.

  • Completes mandatory education, annual competencies and department specific education within established timeframes.

  • Completes annual employee health requirements within established timeframes.

  • Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year.

  • Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.

  • Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and self.

  • Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process and compliance.

  • Complies with established organization and department policies.

  • Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.

Education and Experience

The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a bachelor�s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field. Three+ years of experience in operations or process consultancy.

Certification(s)

  • UiPath Certified RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Associate (UiRPA).

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer (UiARD) required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience using UiPath with end-to-end automation designs and architectural patterns.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives.

  • Adept at process assessments and understands implications, opportunities, and challenges of applying RPA to different business domains.

  • Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
